About Mama Africa

Welcome to Africa the largest Continent on Earth, with its multi cultured diverse population of about 1.3 billion which accounts for around 16% of the world's human population. Africa is made up of 54 countries with about 2000 spoken languages.

Africa is sometimes nicknamed the "Mother Continent" due to it being the oldest inhabited continent on Earth. Humans and human ancestors have lived in Africa for more than 5 million years.

Africa, is a continent south of Europe and is bounded by the Mediterranean Sea, the Red Sea, the Indian Ocean, and the Atlantic Ocean.

AFRICA MORNING MEDITATION - Yogis

Sahaja Yogis either living in Africa or born in Africa, but now living abroad have been conducting the Africa Morning Meditations every morning Monday to Friday @ 6am CAT, Since 4.12.2021 to date, which really deep and extremely beautiful.
